We take care of the thorough interior cleaning. The exterior cleaning and a basic interior cleaning (vehicle returned "broom clean") must be done by the renter.

What "broom clean" by the renter means:

• Remove all coarse dirt and trash.
• Sweep floors and steps, shake out floor mats.
• Clear out dishes, cutlery, and personal items.
• Leave the bathroom, sink, and kitchen area roughly clean.
• Empty all compartments and drawers, leave no loose items.

Important note: Thorough cleaning of the toilet (cassette, bowl, seat, and lid) is always the renter's responsibility.

The exterior cleaning is done by us. The thorough interior cleaning remains the renter's responsibility.

What "interior cleaned" means:

• Fridge, sink & gas stove: wiped clean, fridge left open.
• Drains: all clear and functional.
• Bathroom & toilet: completely cleaned and wiped.
• Under the mattresses: thoroughly vacuumed.
• Compartments & drawers: empty and cleaned.
• Windows & surfaces: including dashboard wiped.
• Floors & trunk: vacuumed and wiped, floor mats cleaned, step swept.

This ensures your vehicle is broom clean and hygienically clean upon return.

Important: A basic interior cleaning, i.e., returning the vehicle "broom clean", must still be done by the renter.
